We’ve all been there: a jump gone wrong, a puff of smoke from the ESC, or a nitro engine that just refuses to start. When your rig is out of action, the biggest question isn't just "Can it be fixed?" but "Is it worth the money?"
At OZRC, we believe in keeping the hobby fun and affordable. That’s why we’ve built our service center around honesty, transparency, and a specialized team that knows exactly what it takes to get you up and running.
The $0 Diagnostic: Our Free Initial RC Assessment
We don’t believe in charging you just to look at a broken car. That’s why we offer a Free Initial RC Assessment.
We’ll dive under the hood, identify the gremlins, and give you a straight answer. If the repair costs more than the car is worth, we’ll tell you - no obligation.

What We Can Fix (and What We Can’t)
Whether you’re a weekend basher or a competitive drifter, our bench is ready for almost anything.
1. RC Vehicles of All Stripes
From 1/18 scale minis to heavy-duty bashers, we service:
-
Electric, Nitro, and 2-Stroke Petrol models.
-
Cars & Trucks: Buggies, crawlers, and drift cars.
-
Specialty Craft: We’ve even been known to get RC boats back on the water!
2. Electrical & Mechanical Surgery
If it spins, steers, or shocks, we can handle it:
-
Electronics: Motor swaps, ESC troubleshooting, servo replacements, and battery issues.
-
Mechanical: Snapped suspension arms, shredded drive-trains, and cracked chassis components.
3. Nitro & 2-Stroke Specialist Care
Gas-powered rigs are a breed of their own. They are more complex and can be pricier to maintain due to tuning requirements and parts scarcity. We’ll explain the costs clearly before we start turning wrenches so there are no surprises.
A Quick Word on "Toy-Grade" RCs: We often see cars from department stores, toy shops and shopping malls. Unfortunately, these are usually designed to be single-use or disposable with no available spare parts. If your car falls into this category, we’ll let you know immediately and, if you're interested, point you toward a fully repairable "hobby-grade" model that will last for years.
Why Choose OZRC?
We aren't just a shop; we’re part of the RC community. Our customers have noted that we "actually advise against bad mods," and "saved me buying gear I didn’t need."
