FAQ

Does this pinion fit the standard Losi Micro-B motor? The pinion has a 2mm bore, while the standard Losi Micro-B brushed motor is reported to use a smaller 1.5mm shaft. OZRC recommends confirming the fitted motor has a 2mm shaft before ordering for a Micro-B.

Will this fit a Losi Mini-B? The M0.5 gear pitch and 2mm bore are commonly used with Losi Mini-B motor setups. The motor shaft diameter and available adjustment for the selected tooth count should still be checked before installation.

Which tooth count should I choose? A smaller pinion generally produces lower gearing with stronger acceleration and reduced motor load, while a larger pinion raises the gearing for greater speed potential but can increase motor load and temperature.
