Trade Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter is OZRC ABN: 46146551279, located at 1/129 Robinson Road E, Geebung, QLD, 4034, Australia ("The Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

• The promotion is a recurring monthly draw.

• Each monthly promotional period opens at 12:01 AM AEST on the 1st day of each calendar month and closes at 5:30 PM AEST on the second last day of that same calendar month ("Promotion Period").

• Entries received after 5:30 PM AEST on the second last day of the month will automatically be rolled into the following month’s draw.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to all legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older.

• Employees, immediate family members of employees, and anyone professionally connected with the Promoter are ineligible to win.

4. How to Enter

There are two tracks for entering the monthly draw via the OZRC store:

Track A: Ongoing Memberships (Recurring Perks & Stacking Entries)

Customers can purchase a recurring monthly membership product variant. Entry into the draw is provided as a complimentary bonus loyalty reward alongside ongoing store perks (such as free shipping).

• Silver Membership ($29.95/mo): Receives 4 entries per successful monthly payment. Entries stack consecutively based on total lifetime membership payments (e.g., Month 3 active = 12 total entries).

• Gold Membership ($49.95/mo): Receives 8 entries per successful monthly payment. Entries stack consecutively based on total lifetime membership payments (e.g., Month 3 active = 24 total entries).

• Note: If a membership is canceled, accumulated entries expire at the end of the current paid billing cycle and do not roll over into future months.

Track B: One-Time Entry Packages (Current Month Only)

Customers can purchase a one-time entry product variant. These entries are valid only for the calendar month in which they were purchased and do not accumulate or stack.

• Ultra Package ($50.00): Receives 7 one-time entries.

• Max Package ($25.00): Receives 3 one-time entries.

• Boost Package ($10.00): Receives 1 one-time entry.

5. The Prizes

• Main Monthly Draw: Total prize pool value up to $5,000 AUD in remote control (RC) vehicles, parts, or store credit, as specified by the Promoter at the start of each promotional month.

• Member-Only Draw: An exclusive additional prize or store credit draw open only to active Silver and Gold membership holders.

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. The Draws & Winner Selection

• Draw Time: The draws will take place at 5:30 PM AEST on the last day of each calendar month.

• Draw Location: Conducted at the Promoter's premises or via a verified online digital draw system.

• Mechanics: All eligible entries will be pooled into a spreadsheet. A single column will be generated where 1 Entry = 1 Row to ensure mathematically accurate odds. The winner will be selected completely at random using a certified randomizer (e.g., Random.org).

• Draw 1 (Main Draw): Includes all accumulated member entries + all current month one-time entries.

• Draw 2 (Member Draw): Includes active Gold and Silver member entries only. One-time packages are excluded.

7. Winner Notification & Publication

• Winners will be notified via the email address or phone number associated with their Shopify customer account within two (2) business days of the draw.

• The winner’s details (First Initial, Last Name, and State, e.g., M. Smith, QLD) will be published publicly on the OZRC website and/or social media platforms within five (5) business days and will remain visible for a minimum of 30 days.

8. Unclaimed Prizes

• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within three (3) months of the original draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same time and location as the original draw, exactly 3 months later.

• The new winner will be notified via email or phone.

9. State Permit Regulations

This promotion is conducted in strict accordance with Australian Trade Promotion regulations.

• QLD: Conducted under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Category 4 Promotional Games). No permit required.

• NSW / ACT / SA: Where individual monthly prize pools exceed state statutory thresholds ($10,000 for NSW, $3,000 for ACT, $5,000 for SA), necessary state trade promotion permits will be obtained and displayed on the entry page.

10. Liability & Privacy

• By entering, participants agree to the collection of their personal data for the purpose of administering this draw and delivering prizes. Data is managed in accordance with the OZRC Privacy Policy.

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or administrative errors compromise the integrity of the draw.
