Officially licensed by Ford, this one-piece polycarbonate body recreates the unmistakable styling of the 1993 Ranger while adding aggressive Pre-Runner fender bulges for a wider, purpose-built off-road appearance.

The enlarged wheel arches provide additional clearance for larger tyres and longer-travel suspension setups, making this body an excellent choice for custom crawler and desert Pre-Runner builds. Designed around the popular 12.3" (313mm) wheelbase, it fits the Axial SCX10 platform and other compatible 313mm wheelbase crawlers. The body is supplied clear and unpainted with window masks, detailed decals and a protective overspray film ready for your own custom paint scheme.

Painting & Preparation

1. Wash and clean the inside of the body and apply the supplied window masks.
2. Paint the body from the inside using RC polycarbonate-compatible paint.
3. Allow the paint to cure, then peel away the exterior protective overspray film.
4. Apply the included decals, trim the body as required and mount it to your crawler.

FAQ

Does this body come painted? No. The PRO364000 is supplied clear and unpainted. Painted vehicles shown in Pro-Line promotional images are examples demonstrating what the finished body can look like.

What wheelbase does it fit? The body is designed around a 12.3" (313mm) wheelbase, one of the most common dimensions used by 1/10 scale trail and crawler platforms.

Will it fit an Axial SCX10? Yes. Pro-Line specifically lists the SCX10 platform as compatible. It can also fit other 313mm wheelbase crawlers, although body mounting and bumper positioning may require adjustment depending on the chassis.

What is different about a Pre-Runner body? This Ranger features enlarged, aggressively bulged fenders inspired by full-size desert Pre-Runners. Apart from providing the characteristic wide-body appearance, the larger wheel openings provide additional clearance for bigger tyres and increased suspension travel.

Can I run larger crawler tyres with this body? The enlarged fenders provide more clearance than a conventional Ranger body, making larger tyres easier to accommodate. Actual clearance will still depend on tyre diameter, wheel offset, axle width, ride height and suspension travel.

Which paint should I use? Use paint specifically formulated for polycarbonate RC bodies. Standard model paint may not flex with the body and can crack or peel during use.

Can I build the SCX10 as a 2WD Twin I-Beam Pre-Runner? Pro-Line designed this body to complement its PRO638500 Twin I-Beam 2WD Pre-Runner Suspension Conversion Kit for compatible SCX10 I/II builds. The conversion kit is sold separately.

Is the chassis included? No. This product contains the clear body and associated body-finishing accessories only. The crawler chassis, wheels, tyres, electronics and other accessories shown in promotional images are not included.
