FAQ

Does this ESC cage fit the Traxxas Rustler, Stampede 2WD or Bandit? Yes. These vehicles require the Traxxas 3725 ESC mounting plate, which is standard on applicable VXL models. Please confirm your vehicle is fitted with this mounting plate before ordering.

Can I leave the Castle Mamba X cooling fan installed? Yes. The RPM cage is designed to surround the ESC while leaving the cooling fan unobstructed, allowing it to be used with or without the fan fitted.

Is the Castle Mamba X ESC included? No. This kit includes the RPM mounting cage, switch holder and installation hardware only. The ESC, vehicle and tools are sold separately.

Important Notes

• Requires a 1.25mm (0.05") hex driver for the switch-mount screws (not included).
• Traxxas Rustler, Stampede 2WD and Bandit require the Traxxas 3725 ESC mounting plate.
• Custom vehicle installations require sufficient chassis space and may require drilling and tapping two 3mm mounting holes.
• Ensure adequate clearance for ESC wiring, battery leads and connectors during installation.
• Tighten the nylon cage screws only until snug to avoid damaging the components.
