What does RPM81782 replace? RPM states that 81782 replaces the stock front skid plate component from Team Associated part 25801 on the Rival MT10 and Pro4 SC10.

Does RPM81782 replace the complete Associated 25801 skid plate set? No. Team Associated 25801 is a larger factory parts set containing the front and rear skid plates plus several bumper components. RPM81782 replaces only the front skid plate portion and adds RPM's dedicated servo/bellcrank protection cover.

Can the servo and bellcrank cover be removed? Yes. RPM designed the cover to be removable, allowing it to be taken off when reduced race weight is preferred and quickly reinstalled for additional protection.

Does the skid plate protect the steering servo? The included cover extends over the exposed servo and bellcrank area to provide additional shielding against impacts and debris. It does not make the steering system immune to crash damage.

Is mounting hardware included? Yes. RPM's official package specification includes the skid plate, removable servo/bellcrank cover and the necessary installation hardware.
