Why does the paint appear faint or transparent when sprayed? Candy Apple Green is intentionally translucent. The colour becomes more intense as additional light coats are applied and develops its final appearance after a backing colour is added.

Which backing colour should I use? White creates the brightest green with less depth. Silver produces a bright, rich colour, while Metallic Silver adds depth and metallic sparkle. Gold creates a darker finish with greater depth, and Ultimate Mirror Chrome can produce a coloured-chrome effect.

How many coats should I apply? Apply several light, even coats until the desired colour intensity and consistent coverage are achieved. Avoid heavy coats, as runs or pooling may create an uneven finish.

Can this paint be used for an external application? Yes. For external applications, apply the backing colour first as a base coat, followed by the Candy Apple Green paint and a compatible clear coat for protection and gloss.
