The Traxxas X-Maxx 8S is a large-scale 4WD brushless RC monster truck designed for high-speed off-road driving, jumping and heavy-duty recreational bashing.

The updated X-Maxx uses factory-fitted belted Sledgehammer tyres to reduce tyre expansion and provide more predictable handling at high speed. Its reinforced green clipless body, rigid composite chassis, all-metal drivetrain and oversized GTX shocks are designed to handle rough terrain and repeated hard landings.

The VXL-8s brushless power system combines a Velineon 1200XL motor with a waterproof VXL-8s electronic speed controller. Two matching 4S LiPo batteries are required for full 8S operation, while two matching 3S batteries can be used for reduced 6S performance.
