The ARRMA NOTORIOUS 6S BLX V6 is a ready-to-run 1/8 scale brushless stunt truck built for huge jumps, wheelies, standing backflips, aerial rotations and aggressive all-terrain bashing. Its short-wheelbase design helps provide fast rotation in the air, while the wide stance and powerful 4WD drivetrain deliver the traction needed for hard launches and controlled landings.
The distinctive retro truck body features a blue WWII fighter aircraft-inspired livery and a quick-release clipless mounting system. Beneath the body, the V6 platform receives extensive EXB upgrades, including a 7075-T6 aluminium chassis, reinforced bumper and skid components, upgraded differentials and a two-piece tower-to-tower brace.
A Spektrum Firma 150A Smart V2 ESC with updated firmware and a Firma 4074 2050Kv brushless motor provide strong 4S performance and extreme 6S power. Drivers can begin with 4S or use the SLT3 transmitter's 50% and 75% throttle limit settings before progressing to full-power 6S operation.

FAQ
Is the ARRMA NOTORIOUS 6S V6 fully ready to run? The truck is factory assembled with its motor, ESC, receiver, steering servo and radio system installed. A compatible drive battery and LiPo charger must be purchased separately.
Can the NOTORIOUS run on both 4S and 6S? Yes. A 4S setup provides strong, more manageable performance, while a compatible 6S battery unlocks the truck's maximum acceleration and stunt capability.
Is this model suitable for a newer RC driver? The NOTORIOUS is a powerful stunt truck, but newer drivers can begin on 4S and use the transmitter's 50% or 75% throttle limit. A large, clear driving area and experienced supervision are recommended.
Are the AA transmitter batteries included? Yes. Four AA batteries for the Spektrum SLT3 transmitter are included.
What battery does the NOTORIOUS V6 require? Use a compatible 4S or 6S hardcase LiPo battery with an IC5 or EC5 connector. ARRMA recommends at least 5000mAh and 50C, with maximum dimensions of approximately 158 × 48 × 70mm.
Can two batteries be used? Yes. Two matching 2S batteries can be connected for 4S operation, or two matching 3S batteries can be used for 6S operation. Both packs should have matching capacity, discharge rating, condition and state of charge.
What makes the V6 different from previous versions? V6 upgrades include the EXB 7075-T6 chassis, strengthened bumper and skid components, EXB differential upgrades, a clipless body, revised chassis bracing and updated Firma 150A Smart V2 ESC firmware.
What does the limited-slip centre differential do? The EXB 29mm limited-slip centre differential helps manage front-to-rear power distribution during acceleration, jumps and landings while supporting the high torque produced by the 6S power system.
How fast can the ARRMA NOTORIOUS go? ARRMA rates it for speeds above 65mph under suitable conditions. Actual speed depends on battery performance, gearing, terrain, tyre condition and vehicle setup.
Is the NOTORIOUS designed for backflips? Yes. Its short wheelbase, powerful brushless system and large dBoots Backflip tyres make it particularly well suited to wheelies and aerial rotation. Successful landings still require driver experience and careful throttle control.
Are the electronics waterproof? The ESC and steering servo are designed for operation in damp and muddy conditions. The complete vehicle is not waterproof and must not be submerged.
Does the ESC provide Smart telemetry? The Firma 150A Smart V2 ESC supports Spektrum Smart technology. Access to displayed telemetry may require a compatible Smart battery, receiver configuration and telemetry-capable Spektrum transmitter.
Important Notes
- Drive battery, LiPo charger and charging bag are not included
- Use compatible hardcase LiPo batteries that fit securely within the battery tray
- Use matched battery packs when operating the truck with two batteries
- Start with 4S power and reduced throttle settings if you are unfamiliar with high-powered RC vehicles
- The 65+mph claim depends on suitable battery power, vehicle setup and optimum driving conditions
- Inspect the drivetrain, wheel nuts, suspension and chassis braces after hard landings
- Allow the motor, ESC and battery to cool between demanding runs
- Water-resistant electronics do not make the entire vehicle waterproof
- Clean and dry the truck after use in mud, sand, snow or wet conditions
- Always follow LiPo battery charging, handling and storage instructions
- Operate only in a large open area away from roads, vehicles, animals and pedestrians
